"At our arrival they intent to charge us more for taxes(16%), had to open my reservation to show them, don't have a restaurant and the nearest is 1/2Km. walking only, the room was infested with bugs even a snake after we had two nights, we were bitten by bugs every were, they never change the sheets during our 4 nights stay, intent to cancel and didn't want to give us credit. Very bad experience would give them -0."

"This is very centrally located hotel on a busy street. I was fortunate to have an off-street room on the 5th floor at the end of the hallway. There was an AC unit and a view of Cofre de Perote. Maid service and reception service was efficient if brusque. Overall, a pleasant stay."
