Great stay in a signature family suite for the weekend. My family of five, including three daughters ages 20, 17, and 14 worked well in this space with their parents. Facilities and staff were great and helpful. Would stay here again.

Everyone was great ;organized for new years celebrations. Front desk was nice and quick. Staff had a great process for getting folks in Times Square for ball drop. Their ballroom event was great too. It was worth every penny

The rooms are very dated with only beds. While there was room, there were no chairs, no extras. The heater was incredibly loud. You could not adjust the heat temperature below 75. We turned on the AC to 73 and then it was a constant AC, then loud heater turning on, AC, heater - nonstop all night long. It's convenient to Times Square but we will choose a different place on our next visit in the summer.

We stayed there for one night and I asked reception to have slippers, tooth brush and tea. She noted it and she said we will bring for you and a kettle. After half an hour, impolite room service gave me some tea and coffee bags and toothbrush! I said to him we had other things! he seemed angry about what I said! and he said ok and he never came back! We had breakfast vocher, but after breakfast they got 15 dollars more from us!

Good walking distance to Upper Manhattan locations. At one point the Lobby mens restroom sinks and soap were out of order and toilets were fairly dirty. Room staff were very rude. I ordered a roll away bed and had a staff member give me an attitude about having to set it up thinking it wouldn’t fit. It fit fine in a room for a king bed. It was a strange interaction. Noise was constant from nearby Times Square but I was usually tired enough that it didn’t bother me. Early check in is $90 and having hotel staff secure a bag for a day is $1 per bag. Convenient location for Uber/Lyft/Taxi. The breakfast vouchers were pretty lame. Just get breakfast and coffee elsewhere, plenty of better options. The onsite diner wasn’t bad and the cafe looks neat but again the vouchers seemed tacked on and not worth a consideration to be honest. Not a bad place but not memorable enough to stay again. I’ll look for another location if I return to Upper Manhattan.

Great location for sightseeing. All of the hotel team were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The beds in our double queen signature room were very comfortable, but the heating unit made dreadful noises so we had to unplug it at night. The room would have benefited from a table/desk and chair, but there was plenty of space for cases and a sofa. The bathroom decor was stylish, the room was very small, but adequate. We used the breakfast vouchers at Carve diner on the corner of the street, which had a decent range of options. We also ate at Friedman’s restaurant for the Gayles Broadway Rose show, which was really fun and the food was nice. All in all a good hotel in a great location and nicely styled.

The property has outdoor construction however it never caused any problem with our stay. The entire staff we encountered especially Erik (key check to elevators) & Ms Lily (17th floor) were outstanding! The jazz band upon checking in was spectacular!
