The desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very nice and friendly however, the hotel overall needs an update. The furniture in our room looked like it came from a garage sale. It just felt dirty because everything was so worn. That said, the location was perfect for our needs; it is central to theaters, dining, etc. and our room was quiet. It was fine for our needs but they really could use a remodel or an update to the rooms.

So disappointed with our stay at this hotel paid for a double room and when we checked in got told that wasn’t available, so gave us a room with a bed and a sofa bed and got told to put up with it! The rooms are old and dated nothing like in pictures

Convenient location and room was fairly acceptable. Price was high, but it’s Manhattan.. Minor things wrong, toilet paper dispenser was broken, TV didn’t work. There was no in room coffee pot, fridge or microwave. So very basic.

First, front desk staff at the hotel was very polite. Unfortunately, the physical hotel was in very poor condition. Not renovated in decades. Restroom was not clean; water would pool in bathtub while showering. Mattress was like laying on plywood, stiff as a board, incredibly uncomfortable. Tried to use air conditioning system but it only blew hot air. Just a seriously bad experience for the amount of money spent.

This property needs upgrading. The bathrooms are outdated. It shows lots of ware. The wallpaper in the hallways is peeling off the walls.Location is great, not worth the hefty amount we paid per night.

Room was hot like a sauna. Turned off the heat and opened the windows and it was still hot. No fridge in room for food. Expected better amenities and higher end products in the bathroom for the amount paid for the room.

We arrived to our hotel at 8:30am and were told we couldn’t check in until 4- which is fine but guests who arrived after us were receiving their keys around 12 and we were told we had to wait. We asked if our room was ready at 2 and the women at the desk said yes it’s been ready for a while. Once we finally got up to our room it was disgusting. There was hair and dirt in the tub and overall just not clean. The floor manager came up to our room so we could show him what needed to be cleaned- he proceeded to yell in our faces and say everything looks fine and we were being dramatic. He stormed out of our room and refused to tell us his name after yelling in our faces. We talked to the manager at the front desk and he switched our room. Our second looked clean at a first glance but when we turned the blanket down there was wads of hair in our bed. We ended up having to call the front desk manager and housekeeping again. Overall we are very disappointed with our stay for the amount we paid for our room just for the weekend.
