This brick home has 3 bd, 2 bath, open kitchen, fireplace in living room, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, fully screened in porch with great views and a fireplace and a nice size covered back porch to relax and enjoy something on the grill. This home sits on a corner lot with a circle blacktop driveway to make for easy access in and out with your boat. Over all there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay!

Vacation on the Lake
We came down on Wednesday through Sunday to enjoy boating on Cumberland Lake during the weekdays. The home was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The homeowner was very quick to respond to any questions. The driveway was a little tight for turn in and out with a 22' ft pontoon boat, but my husband is very skilled with truck and trailer so he was able to maneuver it well. It is nice that it has a pulled through driveway. The only bad experience staying at the house was the neighborhood dogs. Apparently, in this neighborhood the dogs run freely from yard to yard. They were not aggressive towards us, but a lot of barking and in the early morning hours (5:30 am). The owners did not come out to stop the barking and it continued on and on, until the dogs stopped. Very annoying. Unfortunately, I know the homeowner cannot control the neighborhood dogs. However, it is a factor for people renting the home that may be terrified of strange dogs.

Good place to sleep.
Stay was ok. Dogs next door were a bit scary. The garage was not usable for any car but did help with getting our stuff out of the car. They need a sidewalk to the front door.

Lovely House!
This property was really great. The owners got us out of a pickle as we were in the area with out boat and dogs and were unhappy with a different rental. At the last minute we got in the property and it was so nice. The house is clean and well equipped. Kitchen was really cute and had everything we needed. It was over 90 degrees everyday and the AC was a lifesaver. Plenty of room to park our boat and a really huge yard to take our little dogs out. The ONLY complaint about this rental is the neighborhood dogs. They run loose and if you're outside they will come up in the yard after you. We advised the owner and she assured us she would look into it.

Perfect little home for a quick getaway
Newly renovated and updated house. Did not like all (like 6) different neighborhood dog's roaming freely. Like the close proximity to the lake and stores. I dont think i would stay here with more than 4 people. Boating season ends with poker run so the state dock is mainly the place to go after poker run. Several nice boat ramps close by.

Great Pet Friendly Lake House!
Driveway worked great for our boat, we boated everyday and used the Jamestown marina ramp. The house was clean and very well stocked (bath tissue, paper towels, soaps, kitchen supplies, etc...) My wife loved the well stocked Keurig station as well as the normal coffee pot. The beds were comfy and plenty of yard to walk the dog.

We have had the opportunity to stay in several VRBO properties, and none have been a bad stay, but this one was a real stand alone property. It was truly beautiful and accommodating for all of us. We visit this area often and this will be my first choice of homes. Super clean!

I have been coming to the Cumberland River to trout fish for 20+ years.I have stayed in many properties and this is the best, hands down.Very clean, well equipped and a good location.My friends who can be very picky commented on how good the property was.
