We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. "

The place and the view are amazing, 100m. from the main attraction - the rock park. The only thing that need to be improved is the room service. The was cleaned only once and we didn't have shampoo/soap the last few days. In the evening, nobody is able to help and the reception is not working."

"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so.
