This is a gorgeous classic hotel in Jasper National Park. We loved our stay there. A few things to note: The rooms/cabins are quite small - there's limited room to walk around the beds, limited drawer space, etc. The room rate is not inexpensive but on-site activities such as bike rentals, kayaks and canoes are not included - so come prepared to spend. The food was good. The burnt forest got very close to this classic - so glad it was saved in the 2024 fires.

We stayed in seven locations making the scenic drive from Calgary to Vancouver. This location was about average compared to the others, but nearly triple the price (and substantially more expensive than our final night in a Five Diamond location which was spectacular). Would have been fine for a fair price--very much not at the rate charged.

The cabins do not have air conditioning. The water took forever to get warm and the tv was broken. I paid $1000 per night and it felt like I was camping instead of being in a luxury resort.

Very beautiful property with the background of the mountains present creates a relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and ensured all questions and needs were answered.

The property was surrounded by beautiful lake and the service was outstanding.. The only reason why I ranked it 4 star instead of 5 is that the air conditioning didn't really work so the room and bathroom was hot even during this time of the year. We had to opened all the windows and the door to cool the room down even with all the fans that were provided.

Enjoyed a quiet weekend with my wife in the Crosby cabin. Thanks to JPL for the upgrade. We always love coming to Jasper and appreciate the care that JPL takes with its grounds and service.
