In Jatxou, a small village above Ustaritz for rent recent T2 (2017) on one level of 54 m² including:
-a beautiful air-conditioned living room with living room with a comfortable convertible sofa bed, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine.
-a bedroom with a 160 bed and a large closet
-a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink unit with hairdryer.
-a separate wc
-a private terrace facing south with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.

Towels are not provided.

In the countryside, very quiet and pleasant, close to all shops, between Cambo-les-bains and Bayonne. Going to the nearby Spanish border, you can discover the beautiful villages of Espelette known for its chilli and Aïnhoa.
Between the sea and the mountains, beaches 20 minutes away, hikes in the Basque country, golf courses, swimming pool, horse riding center, rafting, surfing, a wide range of activities will open your arms as well as some very good restaurants.

Gite calme près de Cambo les bains
La location est idéale pour un couple, très spacieuse, confortable et hyper calme avec une place pour la voiture devant la maison. L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux. Le logement est à quelques km des principaux villages basques, ce qui nous a permis de rayonner pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Et le beau temps était de la partie! impression générale très bonne. les propriétaires sont très sympa mais pas envahissant. La maison correspond à se que l'on voit sur l'annonce. Jatxou se situe à un endroit idéal pour visiter le pays basque.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques problématiques qui peuvent être améliorées
La maison est très propre, super bien décorée et correspond parfaitement aux photos et à l’annonce. Cependant comme je l’avais déjà lu dans quelques commentaires, la maison manque d’équipement. Il est bien précisé que les serviettes de SDB ne sont pas fournies mais un tapis de SDB aurait été bienvenu. Idem pour le papier toilettes. De plus on nous demande de faire le ménage de la maison comme on l’a trouvé mais elle manque cruellement de produits d’entretien. Seulement un spray javel pour tout faire, y compris miroir et vitre de SDB. Aucun torchon fourni pour faire la vaisselle. De plus, la communication avec les propriétaires pourrait être améliorée. Je n’avais jamais de réponse à mes messages après notre arrivée et pourtant nous avons eu quelques soucis. Des frôlons sur la terrasse tous les soirs nous ont obligés à dîner à l’intérieur. Après en avoir tué plusieurs et acheté de la bombe, nous avons abandonné. Il y a un nid qui a besoin d’être trouvé et traité !Aucun dîner dehors alors que nous sommes venus en Août : ( Sur la fin du séjour, nous avons également dû subir les pleures du chien des propriétaires laissé pour les vacances. Je suis très attaché aux chiens et cela me brisait le cœur de l’entendre. Il est adorable. Pour finir, on nous a, dès notre arrivée demandé de refaire le lit en partant avec les draps propres et lavés, ce qui n’était pas forcément indiqué dans l’annonce. En vacances, nous n’avons pas forcément envi de passer du temps avec ce genre de tâche ;)

Cette jolie location est tres propre, très spacieuse pour 2 personnes et décorée avec goût. La maison est idéalement située pour aller à Espelette, Cambo les bains, Bayonne...on peut y faire de belles randonnées et de belles balades à vélo. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, et leurs bons conseils (où trouver de très bons gâteaux basques, où se faire un bon resto pas loin...). Si dans quelques années nous revenons dans la region, c'est chez eux que nous poserons à nouveau nos valises !!

Un lugar precioso, cómodo y tranquilo.
Es ideal para una estancia en pareja. La casa es muy bonita y súper completa, no le falta de nada. La cama es grande y cómoda, la cocina, amplia, completa, con todos los utensilios. Tiene una amplia terraza privada para disfrutar de unas vistas muy bonitas, además de una gran barbacoa.El pueblo es muy tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado para visitar todo el País Vasco-Francés, podiendo hacer rutas diarias. Gilles, el anfitrión, en todo momento fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Una placer estar allí. Si alguna vez volvemos por la zona, sin duda repetiremos. Totalmente recomendable al 100%.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Jatxou, avec une météo très clémente. Dans un village très calme qui favorise le repos, le logement de Mr et Mme GRACIET répond à toutes les attentes et coches toutes les cases en terme d'équipements. l'accueil est chaleureux et les attentions sont de mises. Un cadre idéal pour le repos
Un séjour de 4 jours en totale autonomie. Merci à Gilles qui nous a bien conseillé dans le choix d'un restaurant. Cependant pour que notre séjour soit parfait il manquait la connexion internet. Un ou deux torchons et un rouleau de papier toilette auraient également été bienvenus.

Muy cómodo y tranquilo
Es una casa genial para ir en pareja. Cama grande y cómoda, cocina completa, amplia y privada terraza. Un pueblo muy tranquilo y ubicado perfectamente para visitar todo el País Vasco-Francés. Gilles fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Una placer estar allí.
