Wonderful old schoolhouse

What a great, historical building, complete with the old school bell! Lovely, quiet setting with front and back porches. Spacious rooms. Loved the sun room. Loved watching the birds, deer, and chipmunks in the backyard, overlooking the stream and meadow. Perfect property for the full ADK experience!

Fantastic home

This house is super cozy, clean, well equipped, and its location is just 15 minutes to Whiteface Mountain and 30 minutes to Lake Placid. Love also the fenced garden for dogs.
