"When I first walked in the clerk up front was screaming and being rude to other people she wasn’t friendly. The room smelled like weed the sheets were gross the best thing there was actually not being there "

"The room didn't have a bathroom door, there were bugs and the sheets were dirty. I hated it and it should be closed down."

"Slightly dated but for the price it’s great. Short drive to downtown NOLA. It was nice going to the casino late a night to continue having fun. We won MONEY!!!!!"

"Floor was so so dirty, they didnt even have cleaning tools to clean it with, bedding and towels had hair and stains on them. Breakfast didnt include much of the buffet they advertise. They literally had waffle, cereals, and yogurt with expiration date of the day of our stay. Not very clean but seem to stay pretty full, if i had to choose again it would be here."

"Hot tub water wasnt clear during my stay a baseball team decided to stay a couple nights and first night i decided to use the hot tub was forced out due to the whole team wanting to come into the tub one after another i also had a client book a room in the same hotel because it was reasonably priced even though the property had a strict no pet policy they lady in the front throught it was cool to have a ferreal cat on top of everything in the lobby including the pos card processing system my client is highly allergic to cats and was forced to leave property after checking in due to his allergies kicking in towels arent available unless you ask the front well better do it in the morning when you wake up because after a long day of work and wanting to shower hop in the hot tub and relax i wasnt able to do so i was forced to use a floor matt..... even though there was multiple rooms empty as well that night why a employee couldnt just take a towel from another room for me and replenish it in the morning who knows this place wont go above and beyond for its guest dont reccomend staying here thanks best western will never stay at this location again honestly should of disputed charges"

"Rainwater was seeping in through the window and wetting the air conditioning unit, causing it to shut down. The breakfast service was severely neglected; there was absolutely no one there to replenish the food, despite the fact that many families were waiting to be served. Overall, the service is very poor, especially considering how expensive the rooms are."

"Rooms were very dirty. Hairs all over the place. Toenails on the carpet. Dead bugs off to the side of carpet. Dirty microwave. They have a wasp problem as well. "
