"We had the best experience with high class service all around. This hotel has some amazing views of the red sea. The room looked magnificent and luxurious all facilities in the hotel were luxurious and the hotel atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing with pleasant smell all around the hotel. "the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "
