"House is as advertised. We enjoyed very much. Two things to help, 1. Clearer instructions on where to park. (We parked in the wrong spot but fixed it quickly. 2. There is an A and a B house at the address. Make sure you go into A as it’s awkward walking into someone else’s house. Overall great experience! Thank you"

"Overall the house was very well maintained. There were plenty of back up toiletries and spices and items to cook with. They also had coffee and filters, so just bring you meals to cook. The setting is great and enjoyed the well maintained got tub! Definitely recommend.."

"We gathered as extended family for a celebration of life for our loved one. After the ceremony we invited all back to the house to continue visiting - great space for all to gather! Spacious living room, kitchen, inviting outdoor space, hot tub, basement rec room for the kids! Enough room for those visiting and those staying. Amenities were great! Cooked some meals and relaxed. Also great location to do some sightseeing and short trips! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there...

"Kids absolutely loved the downstairs and the parents enjoyed the upstairs and separation of space. The basketball hoops were amazing. Driveway is a bit sketchy but was really kind of fun to drive up after we finally got in. Great stay overall. "

"This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our 3 adult kids. My daughter is a student in Boulder and it was very convenient to see her as well as visit Denver and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Very near grocery shopping. Easy drive to the airport. Would be great for families with younger kids too. "

"4 BATHROOMS! we loved our stay at this property. Everything was as listed and better! We had several people getting ready for a wedding and the surplus of bathrooms was awesome. Everything was very clean and brand new. I especially liked the towels that were provided"

"The property was so clean, and had really updated amenities. It's about a 10 minute drive to Old Town so not walking distance. Our check in was easy and communication was terrific. We'd go back for sure! "
