It was amazing experience to go into the cave with my daughter. We will definitely come back to visit another cave but will stay somewhere else rather than JCH for a pleasant stay next time.

"Perhaps the only 5-star property when in Katoomba. Staff were courteous and friendly, the over hotel vibe honed a rather old British look. Very clean, some parts seem dated and a bit stiff. Gorgeous garden, especially around the outdoor pool."
