"Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!"

BEWARE: The hotel recommends you to stay at the Parking Plaza del Arenal and send you a link to make a reservation, which has to be paid by credit card at least 2 hours before arrival.
