"Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!"

"We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Even with the patio door open all night, the room didn't cool and stayed at 23 Deg C. Way too warm for us to sleep, plus the outside noise too. "The location was good but there was a wedding so the noise started from 12 00 to 23 30 non stop. Then on Monday there were noise of work building at an early hour so i struggled with this. The keys didnt work several times so going to the ither building ( the hotel hast 2 parts) and try to fix the keys is a pain... The spanish bar beside called "a bocados" is 5 stars."

"This charming family run hotel was just delightful and a real gem of a find. Maria was just an amazing hostess and the whole building has been tastefully decorated and has so much charm. The rooftop terrace and breakfast area was just delightful. Fabulous location in an area which is being renovated and just minutes to all the main attractions and wonderful squares and main streets of the beautiful Jerez de la Frontera. Will definitely be going back! "
