Good base to explore Jericoacoara
Good location to use as a base for exploring Jericoacoara. Pleasant gardens and the building work going on during our stay I’m sure will improve the ‘tired’ accommodation in the future. The rooms are clean and basic - no hanging space though. Nice to have terrace with hammock.

This pousada (Bed & Breakfast) has a great location right in front of the beach. I went with my parents that are 77/80 years old and the location was very convenient. What is truly unique about Capitao Thomaz is their crew, this guys are very friendly. The folks in the front office that I had the chance to meet were amazing helpful: Ailo, Elaene, Fabio, Gleison, Irlan, Jean, Oélito. They made our family to feel very welcome.

Loved the location had a problem with the electric, turning on the shower kept popping the circuit. Asked for maintenance to check it out, got a message it was all fixed, tested it and it was not fixed. Tried to call front desk and they hung up on us then sent is a text asking how they could help. My husband explained the issue again and they sent a maintenance guy over. He did get it fixed. The restaurant in there was over priced for the food quality. Reflected by the absence of dinner's other than the time of the free breakfast.

Basic hotel in amazing location
Amazing location, which is the main benefit of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very basic, with sparse rooms and limited breakfast options. Don't expect home comforts. It's a basic hotel in a fab location

Quarto muito confortável, cama maravilhosa, atendimento mto bom, localização perfeita. O único problema que achei foi que vários quartos estão sendo reformados e acordei muito cedo com a conversa dos funcionários dessas obras! Mas meu quarto era perto da entrada! Creio que foi uma questão pontual da localização do meu quarto.

Hotel exige uso de pulseira, o que torna que o cliente seja identificado fora do hotel nos locais que frequenta sendo abordado ou cobrado a mais pela identificação do hotel que está hospedado. Causa insegurança o uso dessas pulseiras. Que é item obrigatório e cobrado pelos funcionários do hotel. Próximo tem um tal de café Jeri que promove festas até as 22h de segunda a sexta, no sábado observamos que funciona depois das 22:00. O barulho incomoda muito nesse horário em que as festas acontecem. As tvs não são smarts, não temos acesso a YouTube ou a Netflix e outros streaming. O café é razoável. Pelo preço da hospedagem achamos caro.

Quarto não tinha onde pendurar ou guardar roupas/maleiro. Alguns funcionários mal cumprimentavam. Café da manhã ótimo, limpeza ótimo, localização excelente. Apesar de estarem em “reforma”, barulho o dia todo, a estadia foi bem agradável.

Seria ótima, mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos
Localização excelente (pé na areia), café da manhã muito bom. O quarto não era o que aparece no anúncio, um pouco mais simples, mas ok. Atendimento muito bom. Pontos de melhoria: toalhas nos quartos bem surradinhas e com um cheiro um pouco desagradável (tipo cheiro de roupa que não secou direito). No café da manhã nenhum dia teve suco de laranja (somente outros sabores) e quando perguntei ao garçom ele me respindeu que não estava incluso. O copo do quarto que usávamos para beber água não foi trocado nos 6 dias que ficamos lá.

Ruim. Pelo atendimento péssimo. A localização é boa, porém a pousada é velha, meu quarto sem reformas sofrível, toalhas velhas e encardidas, banheiro pequeno, sem box, mal cheiro, sem armários, cabides, portas remendadas com madeira, sem conforto. O café da manhã simples, servido a céu aberto, coberto com redes e cheio de moscas, sem condicionamento para os poucos frios. Bar da praia, sempre cheio, cardápio pequeno, bebidas limitadas, sofás velhos e com mal cheiro, cozinha e comida fraca. Não recomendo. O valor não reflete o local e as fotos são uma enganação. Existem muitas outras com melhores opções em Jeri.
