Good base to explore Jericoacoara
Good location to use as a base for exploring Jericoacoara. Pleasant gardens and the building work going on during our stay I’m sure will improve the ‘tired’ accommodation in the future. The rooms are clean and basic - no hanging space though. Nice to have terrace with hammock.

This pousada (Bed & Breakfast) has a great location right in front of the beach. I went with my parents that are 77/80 years old and the location was very convenient. What is truly unique about Capitao Thomaz is their crew, this guys are very friendly. The folks in the front office that I had the chance to meet were amazing helpful: Ailo, Elaene, Fabio, Gleison, Irlan, Jean, Oélito. They made our family to feel very welcome.

Pousada aconchegante
Pousada super aconchegante. Entendo alguns comentarios negativos quanto a reforma que estao fazendo, mas o resultado esta ficando incrivel. Fiquei num quarto recem reformado, bem decorado, varanda de frente para o mar, com roupa de cama e banho de qualidade e cheirosas. O cafe da manha e legal em uma area agradavel. Os melhores recepcionistas estavam na minha chegada 16/11/24. Pontos negativos: a conta do restaurante nao ser vinculada a hospedagem e a qtd de barraqueiros, barcos de pesca e ambulantes bem na frente das espreguicadeiras, o que polui muito a vista e a tranquilidade.

Razoável! Reservamos 1 quarto para dois adultos e uma criança de 07 anos, e o quarto tinha apenas 1 cama de casal, um absurdo. Quarto este que tinha mal cheiro. Em alguns dias foram deixadas apenas 2 toalhas. Tarifa zero para criança, porem não tem onde dormir. A localização é ótima, e a área externa é linda.

Atendimento ótimo. Quarto pequeno, camas confortáveis, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas. Ainda estão fazendo reformas, barulho no café da manhã durante a semana. O piso da área comum da pousada é bastante irregular, com risco de batidas e quedas. O café da manhã com pouca opção de frutas, as torneiras das jarras de sucos ficam entupidas e poucos funcionários para atendimento no café da manhã na alta temporada.

Compramos um quarto para 4 pessoas, mas só comportava 3. O banheiro é pequeno, o bancada da pia do quarto é muito pequena, não deu para alocar todos os utilitários das 4 pessoas. Na reserva foi informado que aceitavam animais, mas no ato do chek in cobraram estadia do pet, mas eles não oferecem nenhum serviço que justifique a cobrança de estadia do pet, não tem cama para pet, não tem um local específico que deixássemos o pet (caso necessário), nem comida, então a cobrança não [e justificada (na minha opinião). O atendimento é excelente, porém minha filha ficou com febre e a hotel não dispõe de termômetro para emergência. No mais, a limpeza é excelente, ambiente excelente, piscinas excelentes, café da manhã bom. O restaurante conta com música ao vivo durante manhã e tarde até o pôr do sol, que é bem bacana.
