Clean hotel, but quite noisy guests all three nights when we were there. Staff had very limited knowledge of getting around in New York by public transit and other somewhat general questions on activities happening close to the hotel.

Overall Meh experience. Stayed here on the right side of the hotel 2 years ago and really enjoyed it. My complaint this year is that the bed wasnt that great, had difficulty resting and wasnt supportive. The most disappointing part was the breakfast. Had to end up buying breakfast for 4 people, for 4 days, somewhere else because the breakfast just wasnt good. Mostly undercooked and flavorless. Also the paper thin bacon is really bad. I wasnt expecting having to buy breakfast on top of how expensive the hotel rate is. If breakfast and a good bed are important to you (as it was for me, I dont really care about the looks of the hotel) you might want to look somewhere else. I also made the hotel aware of these situations and noone got back to me, which adds to the feel that theres no care for the person staying there. Overall im probably not coming back, which sucks because It was a good experience before

We were going to a New York Giants game and they provided a shuttle to Redds tavern where there is great good and drinks. From Redds you catch a bus to the stadium for just $10.00 per person. After the game they pick you back up and go back to Redds and then hotel shuttle picks you up to bring back to the hotel. This was super easy and convenient. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates. They refused to reimburse me so now I'm out $150. They will lose a lot more than that because I'll never stay there again and I go to a few Giants games a year.

Very nice hotel, but extremely low noise insulation! People coming in room doors slamming all night people talking you hear everything!! Usually we put the fan on so this helps with noise but there is no option for just the fan its on a programmed temperature so when it reachs it the system shuts down! So for me not a restful night but the hotel location and staff were great
