Its good that the place is nearby to some malls and ha a shuttle. BUT still i wouldn't recommend this hotel. The customer service is terrible. No proper communication. The guy representative during my stay was not professional and literal no customer service. No communication no info was given when i checked jn.didnt help me even though he saw me struggling ato carry my bags i wasnt offered a trolly it was a horrible customer service

The AC in my unit didn't work and it was almost 80 degrees in my room overnight. I asked to switch rooms but they told me they were getting a ton of calls about the AC in the rooms (it was PUMPING frigid air in the hallways)... they sent a maintenance guy who messed with it and said he fixed it but he didn't. Every time I talked to someone they told me something different about what was going on with the AC. My room was miserable and I couldn't sleep at all. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I was too exhausted to fight for a new room (I asked for one earlier but then kids fell asleep) and we had an early morning.

The staff was very friendly, especially the in room dining delivery. The room had no mini fridge or microwave. The hot water was not consistent. I was here for a dance convention for my daughter and would not stay here again.

The service was great on the property. But the hotel was in bad shape and rusted in many areas within the bathroom. The rooms didn’t look up to Hilton standard and was truly disappointed.

Only and best feature is Hotel is close to the Met-Life Stadium. Hotel needs a complete makeover. Carpets are torn and dirty, bathroom fixtures are corroded, bathtub clogged, the only working ice machine is on the 4th floor. Drinks and food are overpriced.
