The hotel is in process of being renovated but, front desk and bar staff are super friendly. I had a great room with a view of Hudson. Comfy king bed, comfy couch, nice TV. I have a long commute and will book again in near future!

Got placed in a queen size room & i called the front desk to let them know upon check in & they said it didn't know what I was talking about. Heater was not working so first night slept in a smaller bed COLD & UNCOMFORTABLE. Next day the front desk moved us rooms because they couldn't fix the heater and what do you know they put me in a long size room. They also fail to mention hidden valley fees. You have to pay 54 bucks a day for valley but also have to pay 27 bucks if you want to take out your car whenever you want each time you go out.

This property is located right next to the Hudson River, which offers the beautiful scenery. And the Path Train station next to the property makes the access easy to the City. Their amenities were only complaint we had. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were tiny and very hard to squeeze it out. I ended up buying our own from the Whole Food nearby.

Super clean rooms and very comfortable bedding. Great and helpful staff. Views of Manhattan were gorgeous and the vast amount of beautiful outside space were unbeatable. Walking distance to everything and path train right outside. Perfect location and will definitely be back!

Property is right next to the PATH station - very conveniently located to get into and out of NYC. Unfortunately, there was renovations while we were there so no restaurant and construction noises started early. Hotel room was nice and comfortable, would stay again.

Noisy guests in room next door started partying at 2pm. Took three calls to front desk to address and a follow up discussion with management in the morning. They comped one night for the inconvenience. Otherwise beautiful hotel. Could use better restaurants and the loving at the one I attended in house was ridiculous.

Construction prevented access to the 3rd floor view of the Hudson and a place to relax with a view. No bar was available either. No access to a first floor restroom. No compensation or discounts for amenities that were unavailable. We had two families there and this was our 4th year in a row around the new year. Will likely seek different accommodations in the future. I understand maintenance and upgrades are a necessity however there should have been a price adjustment for this

We stayed here over Christmas. It was super easy to take the Oath train directly in to the World Trade Center. From there you could get on a train to see any part of New York! Great location and great view of the New York City skyline!

Poor check-in service. It took about 4 hours to get the room we booked. We were told that there’s no rooms available. I also booked this hotel because I saw the free breakfast option but come to find out I had to opt in to that service. I ended up paying $42 for breakfast buffet. Extremely overpriced. The location was great because it was next to a train stop and the view of manhattan was also amazing!
