"This place seemed very understaffed. People were nice enough WHEN you could find them... And they ran out of towels at the pool, at which point we were told there were no more towels to be had... period. Not good. Additionally, the heat and air took a while to get going. The pool was nice and hot but the hot tub was actually frigid, even when it was left on for a while. Needs more staff to keep up with things. "
