"Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location to easily get in to all the main areas. Good transport links with a tram right outside. Breakfast had everything you could need in the lovely restaurant area. We ate one night in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good quality. We couldn’t have asked for anything else from our stay and would definitely come back. "

However, we were very impressed with the prompt and efficient response from the hotel staff. Someone arrived in no time to rectify the issue, ensuring minimal disruption to our stay.
