The property manager East Coast Getaways were all but useless with communication. I expect that guests are given instructions as to key pickup, building access and parking instructions well ahead of check in time and not 2 hours before and only because we chased it disconcertedly. "Peace, quiet, privacy and amazing sunsets. We couldn’t have asked for more as the cottage is stunning and clean. Vicki & Roger were fantastic in the way they welcomed us and pretty much left us alone after that (although we could call them anytime).
