"I gave my Hotels.com booking reference number to hotel staff a few days before my arrival to arrange transport transfer form port to hotel. However, hotel staff could not find my bboking!!! Finally, I showed my Hotels.com booking voucher to hotel staff upon arrival, they told me my reserved room at Single Flight Backpackers was not available and arranged me to stay at Ding Ding Backpackers instead. It's quite a mess that they handled online booking."

"不曉得在哪個環節出了問題，我們抵達旅店時，主人並不知道有我們的訂房，緊急找了朋友幫我們開門。可能因為不知道當日有客人，沒有事先整理，開門後一樓客廳與二樓房內都有濃重霉味。客廳和餐廳桌面都有雜物，四人房內的浴廁還留有之前客人用完的牙刷。房內地面有肉眼可見的灰塵。 由於主人不在，原本在 hotels.com 預定的早餐也無法提供，主人這部分有退款。"

"This hostel is within 3 minutes walking distance to the bus stops, the red 1 line bus take 20 minutes to 金城車站 & 10 minutes to 山外車站. My room was simple but clean with hot shower & comfortable bed, felt like staying in a common Kinmen resident's home.
