Checking in was easy. However, i arrived when everyone was checking out, so there was a bit of a wait. Staff were always friendly and pleasant.
Room was nice and spacious, though looking a little outdated.
Toilet was nice and big with a view of the city. Good water pressure and temperature. However, it would be nice it there was a bidet.
Hotel is located just on the exit (on the right) of Luomashi station. Super convinient. Also walked to Kuan Zai Alley from the hotel, and it was not too far.
Overall a good stay. Wll come back in the future.

The hotel is clean, safe and updated. The amenities are good for the family and for solo travelers as well.
The breakfast catered to both Asian and Western food.
The staff is always courteous and accommodating.
Fabian, Aries, Tina and Mari who communicated in English were professional, friendly and always helpful.
