Receptionisten zijn vriendelijk, auto kan je makkelijk kwijt. Sanitair gebouwen zijn ook prima. Je loopt gemakkelijk met mooi zicht langs de Elbe na het centrum. "Someone waited for us to check in after hours. They were very helpful. The rooms were very large and excellent for a family of four. Beautiful grounds. Like staying back in time. Nice walk along the river/border. Rooms were freezing. The heating didn't work."

"I had a good sleep in room 102. Rooms around mine was not occupied. No shower gel and shampoo. I don't see anything about in the hotels.com amenities description. Why did you lie? It never happened so far. You think you paid online but you have to pay again to check out. Parking and breakfast are included. Unfortunately, I didn't try sauna. It was off."
