"Hostel is in the middle of the old town. There are lots restaurants about and some really nice local ones. There are alot of hill to go up to the hostel. And it is about half hr up hill walk from the beach. I was a solo female and feel safe walking to the hostel at night. The hostel is nicely decorated with a communal area. I had a good size room, private bathroom with double bed. Room was nice and clean. Would have been nice to have a mini fridge other than that. Nice place to stay if you want...

"Ok - this hotel is a lovely place in a quiet location but good for walking to local bars - the staff are lovely - all of them are truly nice and Carmel in the restaurant was brilliant with our grandson. Do not expect a big hotel experience it is a smaller set with only a few staff but all working very hard. It is a great relaxing place. Not a place though I would recommend for children but on saying that they made the children there very welcome - it just doesn’t have any obvious children...
