Amazing Hotel facing the beach in João Pessoa. This was my first time in this hotel with my Fiancé and we loved it. The restaurant has a nice decoration as the hotel with lots of plants and trees. Food is very good. The gym and pool are also great. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very polite, friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Nice hotel but located on a busy and noisy area

It is a charming and comfortable hotel. I booked a room with sea view, but given the events and the pedestrian street in front of the hotel, I barely got to enjoy it. They also claim that the windows are soundproofed, but in truth the street noise was incredibly high and at some moments sleep disturbing

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .

Bom mas precisa de ajustes

Hotel maravilhoso . Porém , a academia de ginástica está a com quase todos os equipamentos estragados ( esteira , bicicleta e máquina de pesos ) . O restaurante ORAMA estava fechado na seca feira o que é inconcebível . Vou pensar se voltarei ao hotel .

Ótimo hotel

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Quarto é muito confortável apesar de ser pequeno. Senti falta de armário ou prateleiras para guardar as roupas. Tem cabides e 3 prateleiras pequenas. O café da manhã é o melhor que já comi em todas as minhas hospedagens. As opções a la carte são incríveis!! Maravilhoso!! Tem 2 restaurantes ambos muito bom. Excelente localização. Estacionamento é cobrado R$25,00 por dia.

Péssima Experiência.

Esta é q 2ª vez que fico no hotel, desta vez não tive uma boa experiência, ficamos em um quarto vista mar, bem caro, aceitamos por ser uma viagem a casal, no entanto, quarto extremamente pequeno, não Vale o que foi pago. No 2º dia (domingo) não sei o que aconteceu com a turma da cozinha (atendentes de mesa) quase todos de cara feia, chamei o Alan, ele simplesmente deu com a mão que eu aguardasse e ele não voltou. Fiquei sem entender o tamanho do quarto, sem entender o atendimento, pagamos quase 4mil reais em duas diárias para esse tipo de tratamento e quarto pequeno... Por ultimo, na hora de fazer o pagamento no check-out, foi me cobrado o estacionamento, pasmem, pagar quase 4mil reais e ainda pagar estacionamento. Sendo sincero, foi a 2ª e ultima vez no Ba'ra.

Acredito que só falta um estacionamento privativo e coberto somente para hóspedes, tem restaurantes no hotel e encontramos dificuldades em alguns dias pra estacionar nele
