Horrível, a pior de todos os tempos. Recepção despreparada, camas ruins. São camas de solteiro unidas o que as torna muito desconfortável. Paguei pelo estacionamento que choveu e pingou produto químico da laje queimando a pintura do meu carro.

No Primeiro dia deu um problema na água quente do hotel inteiro ficamos sem água quente a partir das 20:00 e até meia noite e meia não havia voltado. O mais interessante é que quando fui pegar uma encomenda na portaria e indaguei sobre a água quente, dois funcionários do hotel disseram que tinha água, só não era quente e disseram que na casa deles so tomavam banho frio. Acho que tenho direito a usufruir do que esta sendo cobrado na minha tarifa, água quente para tomar banho é o minimo de conforto que um hotel pode oferecer. No dia seguinte o nosso quarto não foi arrumado, fui reclamar e disseram que tinha placa de não pertube no quarto, a informação não procedia pois sai as 10:30 da manhã com minha esposa e so voltei para o hotel por volta das 17:00. Tirando estes dois problemas o resto correu bem. De acordo com informações o hotel tem 6 meses que ficou pronto, esta tudo bem novo, a cama é muito boa, a TV é smart e de 47 polegadas, a internet é muito boa, o chuveiro quando voltou a funcionar é excelente. O estacionamento tem poucas vagas disponíveis, fica a dica para quem vai se hospedar, perguntar se tem vaga disponivel antes de fazer a reserva. A vista do quarto que ficamos era muito bonita. A piscina é bem pequena, o café da manhã é muito bem servido, com variedades e tudo muito bem feito (bem saboroso). A localização é muito boa, fica a 01 quarteirão de um shopping onde pode se achar vários restaurantes.

O hotel é novo e funcional. As instalações são novas, e estava bem limpo. O quarto é relativamente pequeno, mas é novo, a cama é boa, dois travesseiros por pessoa. Acredito que esse seja um hotel para quem esta a trabalho na cidade, nao é exatamente um hotel para curtir o hotel em si. Ele cumpre muito bem a função de praticidade, proximo a dois shoppings com restaurantes bons, serviços, academias e a orla de Manaira. Acho que alem da limpeza e das instalações, o ponto alto é o atendimento e o cafe da manha, pois sao todos muito solicitos. O restaurante é pequeno, mas muito organizado e as opções nao estao ali por quantidade mas sim por qualidade. Comidas tradicionais e regionais, muito bem executadas e muito limpo e bem apresentado. Como ressalva acredito que a piscina nao foi devidamente planejada, pois é como um arranjo, e a recepção estava fechada durante a madrugada apos a chegada de um evento e com luzes apagadas lemvando um tempo para poderem me atender e perceber que tinha um hospede batendo. Mas d eforma geral é um hotel bom.
