Room not ready at 1530 in the day of check-in. Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. Air condition very noising and leaking water inside the room. All forniture in very bad condition, also several times I was running behaving the stewardess at 1800 for clean my room and replace towels. All was addressed to the manager but nothing change and no any kind of reimbursement was proposed.

It would be better to have a fitted sheet rather than a flat sheet for the bed. Pao de queijo would also be nice for breakfast.

Café da manhã excelente. O ponto ruim é que pegamos um quarto triplo e só nos forneceram um cartão, quando solicitado mais 1 por hóspede a atendente informou que não tinha disponibilidade de cartões, não sendo entregue posteriormente e fazendo outros ficarem dependente de 1 pessoa no quarto.

Esperávamos um pouco mais do hotel. Nosso quarto tinha um vazamento no banheiro pingando do teto no segundo dia resolveram tampando. O ar condicionado estava funcionando pq era um guerreiro To quebrado e gelava pouco. A troca das rolhas não foi feita em 4 dias tivemos que pedir. Limpeza feita superficial. Hotel precisa de reformas.
