The staff were so rude to the extent of cutting us off and no longer picking up the phone. Received us in nighties, showing we disturbed their sleep. The room was neglected, with no hot water for bathing.

Convenient for airport, in a secure gated community: if you arrive after dark the gates may be closed but the security guard at the gate will let you in

This is an old house, and most equipment and appliances are broken. The towels are old and leave you messy after use. There's no breakfast as advertised. There are no air conditioners in the building—no single window in the room I was taken to. Even though there's a door I could leave open, other guests are in the building, so leaving it open was not an option. I had to share toilets and a bathroom with other guests. Very terrible experience.

Bonne adresse proche de l'aéroport OR TAMBO.

Guest housse dans maison sécurisée (Parking voiture disponible et important à JOHANNESBOURG) située elle même dans un quartier sécurisé par des gardiens. Guest housse propre et confortable située à 20 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport OR TAMBO de JOHANNESBOURG. Service navette (Soit propriétaire vient vous chercher, soit il envoi un UBER à sa charge) inclus dans le prix de la chambre depuis et vers l'aéroport. Cependant bien préciser les infos. concernant votre vol et avoir sur vous le numéro de téléphone de la Guesthouse pour ne pas trop attendre. Petit déjeuner très bien inclus dans le prix. Chambre propre, pas très spacieuse mais suffisante pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants de 9 et 7 ans (2 lits doubles + Salle de bain privative). Personnel accueillant.

The place is nice and quite new. Transport to the airport and breakfast were included. The room was quite small and did not have air condition. That makes it quite hot in summer. The TV in the room would only show the DSTV channel that was running in the dinning area. So if someone changed the TV channel there, it changed in our room as well.

Such a unique place to stay. For the amount of money I payed I got more than deserved. Got an excellent deal from Expedia and thought it might regret.... but on the other hand the staff made it very welcoming and tried to make me feel at home. Breakfast was plentiful to... recommend the place. About 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. Well worth the try for a low budget stay with higher expectations.
