I’m always happy with my stay here at Onomo Sandton. The rooms are small, but they are comfortable and perfectly adequate. The Wi-Fi always works wonderfully and the showers are always nice and hot. Everything is clean and it is so incredibly convenient to Sandton city center, and all of the shopping and convention centers nearby. The service is always fantastic and friendly.

Rooms are small, but you really can’t be this location. About 400 feet from the Nelson Mandela Square where there’s a great mall with a lot of adoption. Also 800 feet from the train station gets you to and from the airport. It’s really convenient and safe Neighborhood to stay in to explore Johannesburg. I found the room to be a little bit dirty and I did a general clean when I got there. Please also know that like many hotels in this area, they don’t allow you to fill up your water bottles so if you have a chance to stop on the way, pick up some water. No refrigerator in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the location.

The hotel's location is by far it's best selling point. It offers easy access to the Convention Centre and Sandton City. The traffic noise is typical of an urban core property. There is pedestrian and vehicle traffic throughout the day but it's tolerable. Staff are helpful and polite.

The rooms are incredibly small, but for one person traveling just for a few days it is perfectly adequate. Even though the rooms are small the fact that it is so close to the train station, shopping malls, and other amenities makes it a great place to stay. Also, the breakfast is wonderful.

I love the position of this hotel

I love the position of this hotel, directly across the road from Sandton Mall. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows. The breakfast bar had slight changes each day to provide variety. The staff were pleasant.
