"This property is a 5 Star gem. A best kept secret and an incredible bargain for the amenities it offers. The hotel is situated on the Ocean front of Florence Oregon and every room has a view of the water. Access is easy to the beach and very walkable. The rooms have complete full kitchens and dining areas, even a dishwasher, dishes and cookware. Our room was immaculate, absolutely the cleanest place I have been in a long time. The only small inconveniences were the lack of drapes; there were blinds but an outside light kept the room from being completely dark. We had a little trouble with the deadbolt so didn't use it. The sink faucet dripped until we adjusted it just so. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place."

As I mentioned cleanliness and a kind staff are the most important things to me when looking for a stay. They offered extended hours if you needed for a good price. We didn’t need it on this stay but this would definitely be a plus in certain circumstances. Definitely a user friendly place."

"When both me and my partner looked this place up there was a photo that showed the beach within walking distance, and it also said there was a beach within a3 min walk. That's untrue unless you count here tiny piece of land called "whale park" as a beach {which google does} The access to the beach was there stair you have to drive too across the bridge, if u look out from the rental room u an see it from there. as a Disabled person i was looking forward to be within walking distance of the beach...
