You will also be just a few blocks from downtown Johnson City, Texas Wine Trail, and Hill Country music venues.

This beautiful rock home, with its German architectural influences, has been completely renovated and boasts refinished original flooring and a fun Western theme throughout that pays homage to the new and the old. The front yard is a great place to perch with your morning coffee, complete with a table and chairs, while the back deck features outdoor furniture and attractive lighting.

When it comes to indoor entertainment, relax and play in the sunroom, listen to some tunes on the record player, challenge your friends to a game on the full-size shuffleboard table, and warm up by the electric fireplace. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
