I am traveling with my cat. The description of the motel on Expedia didn’t mention that pets are unwelcome. When I arrived and I walked into the motel, there was a sign stating no pets of any kind, and if a customer is caught with a pet in the room, they will be immediately evicted, and charged $50. As I was leaving, the owner told me to contact you, and refund any money I spent at his property. Fortunately, I did not. I ended up spending the night in my car, at a rest area. I will NEVER use Expedia again!!! >:^(

This motel is trash, I was charged for my check in, and I wasn’t even at the motel yet. When I arrived I ring the doorbell for about 10 minutes nobody answer.

Extremely filthy environment
The rooms were extremely dirty. The bedding had ash burns on them. Didn’t even stay the night. Decided to cancel stay, because it was so bad.

The bathroom was disgusting. The floor was wet and there was hair in the shower. Bugs everywhere. The bed linens were stained and smelled bad, it was gross. I slept in my own sleeping bag rather than use the sheets. The room smelled terrible. Even my backpack stinks now, three days later.

The worst most rundown place I have ever stayed at. Bugs dirt and cobwebs webs in the room. Holes In the bed and sheets, And comforter. No place for clothes To hang. The owner pretended he could not speak english and cheated me out of money.

There was some dead roaches and some windows were boarded up- did not see many only saw like 4 alive and killed every one of them. Didn’t even honor our reservation and had to book for two separate nights
