Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, we slept with the window open. The fa on the HVAC didn’t work properly. We could hear the people in the room next door getting sick throughout the night. The common areas had mud all over.

Good stay - hotel was quiet, the beds were very comfortable and I slept great, check-in was easy. The room was clean and the shower's water temp was nice & hot. They provided Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, lotion and bar soap which is very convenient. Mini fridge was great to keep drinks cold. Plenty of parking in lot. Close to restaurants. I recommend this hotel in Johnson City.

Property was in a nice location, it was clean with no funky smells. Breakfast was a bonus. I only have a minor complaint about sheets and towels but I m picky. They were clean so that s most important. Staff was very nice.
