"Pool was covered up, and not able to use. Bed spring was broken on one side and very uncomfortable. There was no spa tub in our king bedroom as described when room was booked. Workout room was full of trash and debris and unable to use at all. Breakfast was awful. No milk. No juice. There was a waffle maker, but no batter. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, good hot water."
