Few of the things that I love capturing are stunning reflections, colors, landscapes and skylines. I returned to this park almost after three years and wasn't disappointed at all. Rocky gap State Park is located in Western Maryland, 2 hours drive from Baltimore. The fall colors have not peaked in this part of Maryland yet, but likely they will in the next one week. Room was excellent, lobby was impressive, breakfast was good. Very hard to find as road is narrow and well hidden, more signs needed to guide and leaving is the same issue.

It is an older hotel. Property and room was clean. Did have a musty smell when first entering. Placed on 1st floor room. Nearby guests had noisy dogs in their room.

We love this hotel! The pool and hot tub are clean and wonderful! The staff is friendly, hotel is clean and in a great location. Breakfast is good. My only complaint is the pillows! They are so flat I woke up with back pain! Next time I will bring my own.

The check in experience was great. Lovely staff. I'm in a rather expensive room at this property, and i have to say the furniture and bedding is kind of awful. You must invest in better cleaning and better bedding. It would do wonders for return guests...and the price point would be worth it. I promise. I'll come back, but this was not the best experience.

Hot Tub!

This hotel was just fine, convenient, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Yes, they actually had a hot tub!
