Ive been staying here for years because they never let us down. Rooms are clean. Best beds and pillows. Staff are friendly, especially George and Martha in the restaurant. They make us feel so welcome. Keep up the good work!

I was assigned a pet friendly room thru Trivago which I was unaware. I have terrible allergies, and it was clear that was not going to work out. The front desk person insisted I booked it that way and they could not change it. I asked to talk to a higher-level manager, and they quickly fixed the problem. The entire staff was great except for that one person.

X the pet rooms.
First off I thought dogs were free on your website saying free, when I checked in they charged me a dog fee. Then the room we got 110 was heavily stained and stunk of dog pee, never encountered this before at orher hotels allowing dog's. Luckily our dog's are well behaved we we're worried they would mark but they didn't. Please tell Holiday inn to put in vinyl flooring in there pet rooms.
