renovated, with 2000 square meters of tropical garden very well cared for, full of scents and colors just 200 meters from a clear sea of ​​stony beach, within walking distance, very suitable for fishing of any kind.
The apartment occupies the ground floor of the beautiful villa surrounded by an olive grove that will make you feel far from everything and everyone.
The apartment consists of four bedrooms, one quadruple and three doubles that open onto a large and cool porch where the kitchen / dining area and a comfortable relaxation area are located.
Each bedroom has a comfortable and elegant bathroom and is air-conditioned. Also on the ground floor of the villa there is a fourth bedroom with bathroom adjacent to the apartment but with the independent entrance directly on the garden with a lovely gazebo and wicker sitting room to bring the receptivity of the house to 10 beds

Villa meravigliosa in un'oasi verde
Villa spaziosa, comoda, dotata di ogni confort, immersa in un giardino meraviglioso a pochi passi dal lungomare. Padrona di casa gentilissima e piena di attenzioni. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Consigliatissima!

Splendida scelta
La villa è molto bella ed è curata sia all'interno che all'esterno. La pulizia dell'interno è eccezionale così come il confort generale (servizi igenici perfetti, camera curata e cucina arredata). La Signora Rosa è gentilissima e mette subito a proprio agio. L'accoglienza è perfetta e i suggerimenti per una splendida vacanza sono importanti. La costa a Joppolo è tutta di grossi sassi, senza sabbia che si può però trovare nelle vicinanze. Il mare è splendido e cristallino. Il clima è favoloso, ben ventilato al pomeriggio e mai afoso, almeno per la seconda metà di Agosto. Consiglio comunque l'aria condizionata anche solo per togliere l'umidità. Se cercate il relax siete al posto giusto. Se cercate la vita notturna dovete rivolgervi altrove.

Joppolo…una scoperta!
L ubicazione dell appartamento si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Parcheggio privato. Appartamento pulito, con tutto il necessario, perfetto per 2 persone. Giardino molto curato, con spazi comuni dove prendere un aperitivo o farsi una grigliata con il bbq a disposizione. La proprietaria è molto disponibile ed accogliente, fa sentire gli ospiti a casa loro. Straconsiglio La Casa di Rosa per una vacanza!

Uno scrigno da scoprire e rivalutare
Casa amata e curata con ampio e rilassante giardino tropicale, curato, ombreggiato e fresco in zona molto tranquilla. Proprietaria gentile e appassionata disponibile e presente. Consigliato per chi ama la quiete, la pace, il silenzio, il relax. Il mare fresco con le sue acque cristalline facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, lungomare spettacolare. Grazie a Rosa abbiamo potuto apprezzare Joppolo e le sue inestimabili ricchezze, CONSIGLIATO.

Vacanza ottima per chi ama il mare e la tranquillità.
Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un intero piano immersi nel verde di un giardino curato e ampio. Ottimo per chi ama la tranquillità. Mare pulito e a cinque minuti a piedi. La Sig/a Rosa, proprietaria della villa, una persona squisita e molto ospitale.

Fantastico
Tutto perfetto, la casa di Rosa è un luogo di pace dove rilassarsi e godere di tutte le bellezze della zona. A pochi passi dal lungomare di Joppolo è immersa nel verde, è impossibile trovare un difetto a questo alloggio. Rosa è una persona squisita che mette a proprio agio chiunque è in grado di farti sentire sempre a casa. Grazie di tutto!!! Ci torneremo

Beautiful little apartment
We had an amazing time in Rosa's villa. The apartment is big enough for two people, unless you want to sleep apart from each other. There is only one double bed. The garden is a little paradise. We spend a lot of time there. Rosa is prob one of the best host ever. Very friendly, open and warm-hearted. She treated us with cake and water melon and gave us lots of good information. I can definitely recommend that place!

Bellissima casa!
Bellissima casa con un magnifico giardino ben curato. La proprietaria della casa, signora Rosa, è stata molto disponibile con informazioni sia per le spiagge che per i ristoranti. Peccato una frana che taglia fuori il paese di Joppolo, per andare a Tropea si deve passare per una stradina piena di tornanti. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata la richiesta di pagamento per la biancheria del bagno e del letto e alla richiesta di un cambio almeno per gli asciugamani la risposta è stata negativa.
