"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. "Our visit was to attend the Cooperstown baseball event to see our grandson participate. And that was about a 20 minute drive from this VRBO. However, the area was so beautiful, we enjoyed every minute of the drive. The VRBO was very well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. Oslo and Cindy Lou were super friendly and were instrumental in making our stay there in Otsego more than just a baseball event but a very interesting and pleasant vacation location. Very deserving of a five star...

"We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend! The property was very serene and relaxing. Less than 15 minutes to Cooperstown as well. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! "

"My son was playing in the 12U Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament and I needed a place for me and my parents to stay that would let us get to him quickly and yet have a spot that was more than just a hotel room. I found this widnefuk small home and it was just about the best VRBO I’ve ever booked! The property was clean and beautiful and the check-in process was simple. Each of the three rooms had a beautiful comfortable bed and the kitchen had great appliances and plenty of working space...

"The ladies running the breakfast were amazing. The lobby was filled with kids because of Kidz Bop the previous night and they put on cartoons. She said no one needs news all day every day. They kept things filled and cleaned up with a smile. Total sweetheart the older one. Wish I would have gotten her name "

I was skeptical but turned out great!

"We stayed at the seperate building on the side. This made my kiddos feel better that it was more hotel style rooms with a door to a hallway that was locked from the outside unless you had a key card. The other main part was more motel style even though they had hallways there was no stopping people from going up to your door even if they didnt have a key. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The soaps that were in the showers were full sized and smelled good. The cleaning service was amazing. Always around for anything you needed. We were in for a hockey tournament and the kids wanted to play knee hockey and the cleaning service let them and loved that they wanted to play rather than be on video games! Checking in and out was a breeze. The other family we were with tried to get an early check in and i know the front desk gave him hassle with that and would not release the room until 3:01 even tho the cleaning people said the room was done so that was a little weird. We stayed from a thursday to a sunday. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back! "
