"New well maintained hotel in the Boston airport area. The staff and facilities were very good. Our only big complaint is that the Hampton Hotel shuttle service from the airport was confusing and not explained in advance. We got on the wrong Hampton airport shuttle and were dropped at the wrong Hampton hotel! We had to wait almost an hour to get picked up by the correct shuttle (which had to make a special trip to do this)."

The young man who checked me in yesterday afternoon was very friendly and accommodating. Also a special shout out to the woman who opened up the breakfast area this morning.
