"The hotel is very good, staff were excellent, mix up on checkin was resolved and room change to higher floor with no problem. The ground floor of the hotel is noisy with music and chatter, the pool is small, but you are a short distance from the beach."

"Booked the lagoon suite for 2 adults 2 kids with King bed and fold out lounge. Had to call to get 2nd bed made for kids at 8p.m. only enough pillows and towels for 2 not 4 people. House keeping was very slack and 2nd day didnt even refresh the room at all. Room was 2700 down to 2k for 3 nights but for that money you deserve better service. Restaurant and bar service by the pool were great. "

"Great hotel location and walking distance to Cavill Ave. The staff were all very lovely and accommodating, we appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella with the heavy rain we had during out stay. Super comfy and clean bedding! Parking is limited so glad that we prebooked. Had some issues getting the hot water to work as the shower taps were around the wrong way (Room 1208). Overall, very happy with stay considering the price (motels were asking for the same amount)."
