"We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel it was in the perfect place very close to town. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty only complaint we had was buffet prices were changed half way through our stay and we weren’t told in advance only when we went to pay. Reception staff were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile finding a sledge for my daughter to enjoy the snow. Sauna was lovely, clean only thing to say is watch your head in the sauna as the ceiling is quite low"

"We had a great time at Nova Skyland Hotel. It was a 5 days trip (4 nights) family trip to Rovaniemi. We were not lucky to have a proper winter weather on the first two days and the hotel location, walking distance from Santa Claus Village, plus the option for staying at Nordic Cottage saved our trip. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning could be better, as we found some hair in the bathroom."
