"The hotel itself was fine, but circumstances and location were scary. It was surrounded by an industrial zone. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon, the lobby was locked and no one was there except a maid who was illiterate even in French. The cab driver helped me figure out how to use a machine to actually get in the building and to my room!
