Come enjoy all the seasons in this cozy home on a tranquil one-acre view property - Here the deer and turkeys roam free while the birds and squirrels provide ample entertainment!

Live at the treetops - day and starry night views from the great room windows and the covered entry patio. This spacious cabin is well-appointed with books, TV, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Cooks dream of a kitchen will delight your inner chef. Relax and enjoy the cozy fireplace (with provided wood) on cooler evenings and the spacious deck during warmer weather.

Located in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Julian southwest of town. The oak and pine trees create a serene ambiance, while the quiet streets provide ample strolling opportunities and year-round access.

Note: This cabin is over the garage (the garage itself is not available to guests) and is accessed up 20 low steps to the front door. Owner may occasionally stay in garage apartment (which is not accessible to rental space) when working on the property. If staying there, the owner will assure the guest’s privacy.

Terrible experience!,
The drive was so steep it tore a hole in my tire trying to leave. It was only way out and was so steep I was not able to climb to road to walk. Steps to apartment was 20 wooden steps, I just had knee replacement and this was not something I could do and I had small dog that had to go out during the day. Owner told me just to stay in. I had to leave the second day. Asked the owner to work with me because I paid up front for 31 days and she refused saying it was my choice to leave. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE !!! Worst experience I have ever had.

Lovely views from this pristine home! Our dog was ever so grateful to avoid fireworks by visiting Julian on the 4th. Thank you very much for sharing your house with us!

Treehouse above the clouds
Peaceful place for 2 people and dogs. We really enjoyed bird watching and listening to turkeys roosting in trees and woodpeckers nearby. Comfortable bed. The internet was a bit slow/sporadic-fine for a short stay, but difficult for remote work. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns.
