"We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well...

"Our stay in Cliffside was all that we could’ve hoped for with the exception of the gym no longer being a part of the experience, but I think everyone got their workouts in through hiking all through the property. Besides, who goes to a “getaway” to workout?! We spent our mornings playing in the rec room (which had so many different activities to choose from), hiking on and off the trails near the house, or sitting outside and relaxing peacefully. "Can not speak enough kind words of this home and property. It was so perfect for our large family for this years annual trip to the hill country. The home was well stocked and beds were extremely comfortable. Outside area, especially the pool, were used for most of the day. Also spent lots of time in the river paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing! An absolute playground for all ages. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family! We hope to return again next year and for many to come."

"Great house with all of the amenities. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of just lounging in the river during the day. Cell service is non-existent but we were okay with that as the wifi inside the house worked well. Overall great place to stay!"

"Nice quiet corner on a quiet street, great access to Mason and surrounding area. Plenty to do, we came to drive jeeps at couple of the local off road parks, and this was the perfect location for us to stay. "

We finally got in touch with a neighbor who gave us the number of the owner.She said she thought the listing was removed although I still have not received a refund. The bed were unmade with dirty sheets .. the trash cans were overflowing, she said there was a gas leak could not turn on stove. We have photos if you need them"

"I greatly enjoyed working with Tasso, the property’s host. They were very easy to communicate with and worked with me to accommodate some unique needs. The property was so serene and beautiful. The home was exceptionally well appointed and spacious. I had fun introducing my kids to their record player and their enjoyably eclectic album collection made for the perfect soundtrack to our stay. We look forward to visiting again."
