"We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well...

"Wake up early and watch the sunrise off the front porch. The fresh air, beautiful grounds and natural outdoor sounds make this place awesome. Not to far from Fredericksburg it was a nice place to stay away from the noise and the business of the city. "

"Wonderful and updated home with a backyard suitable for a quite weekend away with dogs. The folks at the property management company (Cozi) were friendly and super helpful and were easy to reach. They exceeded my expectations. Downside of the property is there are not a lot of services available in Harper. Make sure you plan your groceries thoroughly before you go."

"Our stay in Cliffside was all that we could’ve hoped for with the exception of the gym no longer being a part of the experience, but I think everyone got their workouts in through hiking all through the property. Besides, who goes to a “getaway” to workout?! We spent our mornings playing in the rec room (which had so many different activities to choose from), hiking on and off the trails near the house, or sitting outside and relaxing peacefully. "Can not speak enough kind words of this home and property. It was so perfect for our large family for this years annual trip to the hill country. The home was well stocked and beds were extremely comfortable. Outside area, especially the pool, were used for most of the day. Also spent lots of time in the river paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing! An absolute playground for all ages. Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family! "We rented the Serenity Cabin for the 2024 eclipse. It was the perfect spot to get away not just for this event but to also relax in a very peaceful location. The owners, Steve and Candy, could not be more thoughtful. When we arrived we found eclipse glasses and Moon Pies waiting for us on the dining table. Although we didn't use the firepit, if we had, there was a basket of s'mores ingredients ready to go. And the hot tub felt great after our long day of travel. We really enjoyed having coffee...
