The room and towels were clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the phone in our room rang on and off all night long. I did not contact the front desk, as I just kept expecting it to stop, so that is on me. the ac/heating unit was unresponsive to changing the air flow or temperature. I told the front desk in the morning about both problems. they seemed to be well aware of the fact that the phone "phantom rings" - but had yet to fix it. the property owner was listened to the issues we had and apologized.

This location was average. We picked it because of the indoor pool for the kids, the convenience to the location (we were there for a Junction event a few minutes from the hotel) and from pictures and reviews online. The beds themselves were cozy and clean, that’s what kept us there overnight, and the draw to free breakfast, but this was not hotel level, squeaky clean at all. There was dust and hair in corners, stains in the toilet and on walls, no working fan in the bathroom, which is a HUGE deal when four of you share a small space, all in all was not a very clean room. Then the breakfast was only ok. The waffle maker was broken, the kids were disappointed and the staff couldn’t fix it, they were having trouble with electrical in the building. Without waffles there is cereal or instant oats, muffins and yogurt. Average, I’ve seen worse, and we were grateful. Finally my husband fixed it, got it back up and running for the staff (we’d all eaten already). The kids had so much fun in the pool, and they swam in it anyways, although be ready, it is only a few feet long, and unheated, so it was freezing. The room seems unheated as well, so be ready for cold, although there is a working hot tub which redeemed the cold. I don’t know if we will ever make it back to junction, but I’m not sure we’d stay here again or not. It was a pretty average place, to me, the value didn’t equal what I paid.

Very clean! Both desk attendants were very professional and friendly. (Thanks for recommending Lum's!) The room was not very dark as there was light shining around the curtains. The AC unit turned off/on all night and we needed it because it was warm. When the fan was turned on the room warmed up.
