Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a spacious covered veranda adorned with LED string lights and an outside propane fireplace. The open living floor plan of the one-bedroom, one-bath unit creates a modern farmhouse feel, with plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows.
The dining area, which can seat four people, offers a view of the expansive covered veranda and garden. The well-appointed kitchen features a natural stone backsplash, quartz countertops, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, propane cooktop/oven, pantry, and garbage disposal.
The primary bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower and a large custom walk-in closet. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper that can accommodate two guests. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer located inside the master suite.
Outside, you'll find a covered barbecue station, a 4-person hot tub, swinging chairs, and an outdoor fireplace with conversational seating. Whether you prefer al fresco dining on the covered veranda or roasting marshmallows under the stars with twinkling lights overhead, the outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting to refresh your spirit and connect with nature.
The property also offers a lighted carport that can accommodate two vehicles, as well as ample parking with EV charging.
The Spruce House is an ideal venue for hosting large gatherings such as birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, weddings, receptions, corporate events, and family reunions. It is also a great option for out-of-town guests visiting locals.
For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front door of each unit, including the hot tub/garage. There are NO inside cameras. Cameras are monitored by the host at anytime via a smartphone app. The cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
