"Beautiful view of the lake. Nice and roomy cottage. Only downfall was no handicap bars in the bathroom and one bathroom had a VERY short toilet. We could have used a luggage rack or two also. Otherwise all amenities wete great! Looking forward to staying there again."

"This was our first time staying at The Shores. This location on Fox Lake is ideal for lake access and local attractions. The Shores Supper Club is an AWESOME dining experience and the Boathouse Pub & Eatery was also excellent. The fishing on Fox Lake is excellent with trophy-sized Northern, Muskie, and Large-Mouth Bass in abundance along with perch, bluegill, and crappie. There is a very nice boat launch with piers across from the cottages and there are many great areas around the lake to fish...

"Lovely.. great views of fox lake , bathroom and stove could be cleaner. I washed the windows to have a super view. Most enjoyed. Put on website that the only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. Thank you."

"Property was exactly as expected. Listings are very accurate and pictures are current. Definitely rent their pontoon boat if for no other reason than to do a daily sunset cruise. Easy access to lots of things to do ( including Taliesen ) if you want things to do. Go to a Friday fish fry, taste some cheese at LaClaire, walk the marsh. We will be back."

"This wondeful place built by Jon and his son has everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining lakehouse getaway. Right on the water with plenty of water toys (kayak and paddleboards). Plenty of yard games and indoor games. And lots of more than enough beds and bathrooms."

"We were there mostly for a place to sleep. Nonexistent communication with chatting on the app. Had to contact VRBO in order to get a number to only find out that the person listed as the host is not who you speak with. Noted hot tub. There is not one (really didn’t matter for us) The garbage out back was horrendous in smelll. Like a dead animal was in there. State’s garbage goes on Fridays. It was Friday night when we arrived and it definitely had not been taken out! Glad it was only 2 of...
