The home is within biking distance to great restaurants, stores, live music, dancing, and has easy access to I-95 and turnpike. This full furnished single family home boasts off-street parking, key-less entry, WiFi, all the comforts of home, and everything you will need for the beach!

The spacious open concept home includes a private lanai off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking a lush tropical backyard. We are pet friendly, for friendly pets, and offer all the comforts of home including a well-appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, and private outdoor shower which is great to rinse off after a day at the beach. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, complimentary coffee, fully equipped kitchenware, bath towels, linens, laundry detergent, and welcome basket! Amenities include wireless internet, Smart TV, washer/dryer, dish washer, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker.

Guests can enjoy hassle free key-less check-in with an easy to use touch pad. Guest comfort and safety is our top priority and our home features a ring security system with video camera at the front door. Do not cover any cameras, they are there for your safety and ours. Noise level monitoring within the house entire is also utilized to ensure house rules are adhered to.

The home works well for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children over the age of 6. Not suitable for young children and infants. No parties or events. No candles, incense, or burning of any kind. Absolutely no smoking/vaping. Please be understanding that during hurricane season (June - November) the hurricane shutters and other preparations may need to be taken if hurricane is eminent. If an emergency evacuation order is issued by State or Local officials, guests will need to evacuate the property. There is enough room for 2 cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the grass.
